An enlarged business will be better placed to exploit a telling combination of economies of scale, greater strength in core areas of competence, together with a deep understanding of our clients’ markets, particularly in our eight key sectors: financial services, retail and consumer, real estate, industrials, energy and utilities, transport, digital and health.

Our capacity to service clients will be enhanced through a total bench strength in excess of 230 partners and 1,100 lawyers operating from the UK’s leading financial centres, together with a growing presence in Asia and the GCC. Where we don’t have offices we work with like-minded firms well known to us to deliver and international capability whenever and wherever required.
