Addleshaw Goddard International Arbitration partner, Sarah Vasani, has been listed in the inaugural Future Leaders: Arbitration (2017) survey, published jointly between Who's Who Legal (WWL) and Global Arbitration Review.


The individual nominations of partners and non-partners, aged 45 or under, were chosen based on the highest number of recommendations from clients and private practitioners, and are considered to be the future leaders of the international arbitration community. WWL says: Sarah Vasani is a "persuasive and effective counsel who possess particularly commendable expertise in energy".

Sarah has also been selected to serve as a member of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR)'s Young and International (Y&I) Global Advisory Board. The appointment, which lasts for three years, acknowledges Sarah's reputation in, and commitment to, the field of international arbitration.

Established as the international arm of the American Arbitration Association, the ICDR serves more than 80 countries. Its Y&I arm currently has 3000 members and has hosted numerous events globally, bringing together talent from across the world and contributing significantly to the work of the ICDR, which provides conflict-management services, through a panel of hundreds of independent arbitrators and mediators, as well as assisting in appointments, settling hearings and ensuing that cases are treated in a fair manner through to completion.
