Our Employment and Competition teams will give you step by step guidance on carrying out an investigation of this type in a competition law context.

Session B: Managing independent contractors: Key lessons and compliance strategies

Our Employment and Tax teams will provide practical guidance on reviewing contractual arrangements and preparing for a possible revenue audit/workplace investigation in light of recent Irish case-law updates.
