Recent developments, including the expansion of the regulatory perimeter to include critical third parties, are gaining momentum. The deadline for the UK's operational resilience framework is on the horizon, with firms needing to complete mapping and testing by March 2025 to ensure they can stay within the impact tolerances for each important business service. Concurrently, the EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) will be in full swing from January 2025.

In this panel discussion, our experts will delve into some key questions, including:

  • How do the requirements of the UK and European regimes interact, including between DORA and the incoming UK Critical Third Parties regime?
  • What are the critical implications of the UK and EU regulatory regimes for your contracts?
  • What are the practical aspects you should be considering for your remediation programme?
  • How real are the potential risks of non-compliance?

We look forward to welcoming you to this session where we will share our practical insights on meeting your regulators' expectations, in a timely fashion.
