Join us at the prestigious Institute of Directors - 116 Pall Mall

A fast-paced and practical session where we will guide you through real-life inspired crisis arising in boardrooms, providing insights on how boards should react to corporate misconduct and its escalating complexities.

We will delve into topics such as corporate crime, directors' duties, non-financial misconduct, and the implications of recent legislative changes that have significantly heightened organisation, board, and director liability.

Alongside business leaders, general counsel and directors, we will share our experiences of resolving complex international investigations, for example having recently managed one of the UK's largest director disqualification proceedings and negotiated deferred prosecution agreements with the Serious Fraud Office and Crown Prosecution Service.

We invite you to join us in this interactive Chatham House session on what to do (and what not to do) when challenging investigations reach your board.
