Our Governance Forum will focus on the proposed reforms to the UK's corporate governance regime.
In particular, we will discuss the consultation on changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code and associated guidance which will be launched by the Financial Reporting Council either in November or early December 2017.
The speaking panel will be made up of members of AG's Governance & Compliance team as well as David Styles, Director of Corporate Governance at the FRC. Time will be factored in to allow for questions on this hot topic.
