AG Consulting was born out of our award-winning Client Development Centre which has been successfully delivering innovative organisational change and personal development programmes to clients for more than a decade, helping general counsel maximise the contribution of their legal teams.
We routinely advise clients on how they should resource their team, the skills they should prioritise and the technology they’ll need to effectively manage their workload. However, recognising that clients have different requirements, we do not provide ‘off the peg’ solutions. Our approach is to deliver a bespoke response to a specific need based on an in-depth understanding of each client's business and the sector in which they operate.
Primary areas of focus for AG Consulting in recent months have included: the development of diagnostic tools for team effectiveness; legal department benchmarking; legal department strategy and operating models; legal technology; data, management information and reporting; legal process analysis; and spend analytics.
