Addleshaw Goddard recently advised Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited ("KCS"), which provides integrated business software solutions for the distributive trades, on its growth investment funding from Accel-KKR to support the existing management team and their ongoing strategy.

This follows on from a five year successful period of growth with the support of NVM Private Equity. The deal completed on 6th February 2015.
