Addleshaw Goddard's Manchester Banking team has won the mandate to advise Barclays as co-ordinator to a six bank club on $200m facility to Innospec Inc, a global specialty chemicals company.

The refinancing will support the continued development of Innospec and aid the growth and expansion of the business.

The deal was lead by Banking Partner Martin O'Shea with support from Caroline Gray and Michael Atherton.

This transaction follows on from an exceptional Autumn, when the team advised on over £1bn of North West funding transactions.
