Addleshaw Goddard has continued to strengthen its GCC offering with the appointment of Real Estate Partner Louise Vun as part of the firm's strategy of investing in new service lines in growth areas beyond the firm's established core offering of international arbitration, construction litigation and corporate.
Louise is the firm's first Real Estate partner in the GCC outside of its UK offices, and joins from the Dubai office of Allen & Overy. She has experience in a wide range of real estate matters in the Middle East including hospitality, mixed-use community schemes, real estate finance, restructurings and joint ventures. Louise is also familiar with the structural requirements of Shari'a-compliant real estate and has worked on some of the market first real estate transactions in the UAE structured for international institutional investors.
Louise has experience in a wide range of sectors and represents government entities, sellers, purchasers, owners, developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants.

Addleshaw Goddard opened its Dubai office in September 2012, following the appointment of international arbitration and construction litigation expert Andrew Greaves. Since then, the firm has continued to grow in the region by opening two further offices in Muscat and Doha. The total number of partners across the region now stands at 10. The firm also has a further four partners across its offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, and highly regarded Business Groups covering Africa, India, Korea and Malaysia.
