Addleshaw Goddard's Manchester corporate team has advised Inflexion on its Partnership Capital minority investment into Outdoor Plus, a leading provider of high profile digital advertising sites in the UK.

The deal will allow Outdoor Plus to continue with its growth strategy of acquiring new sites across the country. Industry veteran Nigel Sharrocks will join the board as Non-Executive Chairman.

The AG team was led by Andy Green, and included Adam Kaucher, Helena Drury, Josie Marsden and Becky Green, with support from the Firm's Tax and Banking teams.

AG's corporate team continue to advise the region's top businesses on the most significant deals, including recently advising the founders of leading male skincare brand Bulldog Skincare on its sale to US listed business Edgewell Personal Care, and advising Dock 10 on its recent acquisition. The team was also named amongst the top dealmakers in the North West by volume of deals in Experian's recent league table.
