Addleshaw Goddard's Leeds Corporate team has advised the WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff (WSP|PB) one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms on its £75m acquisition of Mouchel Limited, the engineering consulting services arm of the wider Kier Group.

The acquisition will further strengthen WSP|PB's presence in the public infrastructure space and compliment the businesses existing portfolio of services.

This is the first deal that AG has advised WSP|PB on, with the team being led by Corporate Partner Neil Woolhouse, alongside Matthew Davies and Ben Collins, with support from the AG's Tax, Pensions, Commercial, Competition and Property teams.
