Addleshaw Goddard continues to expand its Dubai Construction Litigation practice with the appointment of Managing Associate Denis Moriarty.
Denis Moriarty joins the firm from Herbert Smith Freehills, and has been based in Dubai for the past four years. He has significant experience in Construction specialising in International Arbitration. He brings many years of international arbitration experience to the team, having acted for a broad range of contractors, sub contractors, developers and designers, and having been involved with several high value arbitrations under the auspices of the DIAC, ICC and LCIA arbitral institutions.
The appointment further increases the size of Addleshaw Goddard's Construction Litigation team based in the GCC region. The team has expanded significantly since Addleshaw Goddard's GCC presence was established in 2012, increasing from a team of three to a team of ten. The team now includes: two Partners, two Legal Directors, one Managing Associate and five Associates, making it one of the largest Construction Litigation teams in the region.
