Addleshaw Goddard has announced the appointment of leading M&A lawyer, Elvan Hussein as the latest partner to its London Corporate team. Elvan joins the firm from Allen & Overy.

Elvan's appointment reflects the further growth of the firm's City corporate team, which continues to be well positioned with key panel appointments and has built an impressive deal record across public and private M&A, corporate finance and private equity, and in particular in its focus growth sectors of financial services, retail and consumer, real estate and energy.

Elvan joins Addleshaw Goddard with a wide range of experience in UK and cross-border M&A, public bids, joint ventures and restructurings. She enjoyed a successful secondment to the group legal team at a global bank in 2014, as well as having previously worked at AG as a junior lawyer back in 2004.
