Partner Steve Mackie, has featured in this year's 40 Under 40 rising legal stars, published by Financial News (FN).

This is the first time FN has published a comprehensive list of rising stars in the European legal profession, outlining the brightest up-and-coming lawyers who have made an impact in their area of expertise.

Steve Mackie's listing in the 40 Under 40 states:

Mackie is one of the UK's top-rated lawyers for social housing finance, according to Chambers & Partners, and also advises on debt capital market and real estate financing. Promoted to partner in Addleshaw Goddard's highly regarded practice in 2013, the 35-year-old has led deals including advising three international financial institutions on a £265million syndicated facility to Anchor Trust – England's largest older people's specialist housing association. He has also led teams advising eight financial institutions to refinance and restructure funding arrangements to social housing provider the Riverside Group with a combined value of more than £500 million.
