George Danczak, a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard's market-leading corporate team, has won the coveted accolade of Young Lawyer of the Year, at the 2017 North West Insider Young Professional Awards.
George, consistently leads on transactions, advising a number of AG's key clients such as Peel, LDC, Inflexion and Norcros and has been integral to the region's standout deals, taking a lead role on the Peel Media and L&G joint venture in respect of MediaCityUK, together with Inflexion's recent investment into Cawood Scientific. In each case, he led the transactions, performing to an outstanding level to deliver a complex deals in short and demanding timeframes.

The team has also advised on a stream of top deals in the last few weeks including: new PE entrant Ardenton Capital on its first UK acquisition of Corbetts the Galvanizers, Phoenix Private Equity on sale of Key Retirement Group to Partners Group and Victrex plc's acquisition of Zyex Group.
