Addleshaw Goddard's GCC corporate team has consolidated its position as leader in the personal care and health and beauty space by advising CedarBridge Capital in relation to its acquisitions over recent months of Trevor Sorbie and Strip Wax Bar in the UK.

The Addleshaw Goddard team had also previously advised on the acquisition of Sisters Beauty Lounge in the UAE by CedarBridge Capital.

The team on all of these transactions was led by Andrew Johnston, supported by Lowri Llwyd, James Law, Amun Bashir and Joanna Keating.
