With a dedicated team of contentious restructuring & bankruptcy lawyers in Manchester, we continue to go from strength-to-strength, advising on high profile mandates including; advising suppliers, stakeholders and interested parties following the fall-out from the Carillion Group companies' liquidation and the insolvency of Palmer & Harvey.

Rebecca & Laura bring with them considerable experience advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors and other stakeholders in relation to contentious issues and litigation affecting distressed or insolvent companies, including asset recovery, challenges to antecedent transactions and breaches of directors' duties.
