Addleshaw Goddard has announced the hire of Simon Muller as Head of Legal Project Management, further reinforcing its commitment to being a firm at the leading edge of delivering efficiency for clients.
Joining from DLA Piper, Simon's role will see him further establish and develop the firm's Legal Project Management function, provide expert support on large scale projects and see him build a team of skilled practitioners.
Launched in September 2017, AG ID is a systematic upgrade to the legal service model using the best combination of process, people and technology, and a core part of this approach is Legal Project Management.
The Firm's Legal Project Management offering utilises proven techniques to help deliver 'more and better' whilst supporting clients through an efficient approach to planning and managing a legal project, ensuring that they get the most efficient and effective service.

Simon, will be instrumental in implementing legal project management best practice throughout the firm as well as providing full support on larger projects alongside key planning, financial governance, delivery and communications elements.
