Addleshaw Goddard has announced the promotion of eight Partners across its UK and International offices, bringing the total number of Partners in the firm to 255.

Welcoming the new partners whose appointments take effect from 1 May, 2019, Charles Penney, Senior Partner of Addleshaw Goddard, said:

The promotions include Head of Innovation and Legal Technology Kerry Westland, who becomes the first ever paralegal from the firm's Transaction Services Team to be become a Partner.
These latest promotions follow the lateral hires of 21 Partners into each of the firm's UK and Asia offices since the start of the financial year, bolstering the Corporate, Banking, Real Estate, Construction, Tax, Financial Regulation, Global Investigations and Energy practices.
AG continues to invest in the development and training of all its staff, creating new and innovative career pathways, including through its TST and Innovation and Legal Technology teams.
Last year the firm promoted nine to Partner across its international network of offices.
