Addleshaw Goddard's leading Healthcare team, has announced its appointment to the NHS Commercial Solutions Framework for the provision of legal services.

The firm has been appointed to provide full service legal advice, covering a range of areas including corporate, commercial, employment, property, healthcare projects and NHS Governance and public law. 

NHS Commercial Solutions, which provides procurement and commercial services to the NHS and wider public sector has appointed the firm to deliver these services for the next four years.

The AG team was led by partner Andrew Pettinger and legal director Stephanie Townley with support from partners Mike O'Connor and Matthew Newing.

AG is recognised as a leading practice for delivery of major infrastructure projects for the NHS' acting for both the NHS and the private sector developers, and this appointment follows on from the firm's recent appointment to the NHS' SBS Framework.
