Addleshaw Goddard is adding to its City funds finance and speciality finance practices with the appointment of Haynes and Boone partner Zoe Connor.

Zoe advises on funds finance transactions across a range of sectors (including private equity, infrastructure, energy, real estate and credit). Her practice covers the full range of funds finance products from subscription credit/capital call facilities to hybrid and NAV facilities and general partner support and co-invest facilities.

Zoe also advises both lenders and borrowers in relation to structured asset-backed speciality finance facilities. She is looking forward to collaborating with AG’s market leading private equity, funds formation, infrastructure, regulatory and fintech practices, which combine to create a compelling offering for AG’s rapidly growing funds and speciality finance clients.

Zoe is the second partner this month to join AG's City banking team from a US firm following the appointment from McDermott Will & Emery of Leveraged Finance partner Peter Crichton, underlining the firm's stated ambition to continue to grow its City finance practice.

Amanda Gray, Finance and Projects Divisional Managing Partner, said:

"The quality of our teams in banking, asset finance, asset based lending, consumer regulation, private equity and infrastructure funds means that we have the perfect environment for our growing speciality finance and funds finance practices to thrive.

"Zoe is very well regarded and her arrival brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm adding to our credibility in this exclusive club on both lender and borrower side."
