Addleshaw Goddard has advised Battersea Phase 3 Holding Company Limited (BPS) on the real estate elements associated with the £600 million financing of Phase 3 of the new 42 acre development. 


The financing will be used to help create the newest high street in London, Electric Boulevard, which will be pedestrianized, as well as the construction of the surrounding mixed-use development, including shops and residential, designed by Gehry Partners and Foster + Partners.

The AG team was led by real estate partner Luke Harvey supported by managing associate Natalie Steur and associate Helen Jamieson.  AG worked alongside Norton Rose Fulbright LLP who led on the financing elements.
