Addleshaw Goddard has advised ECI Partners on its successful $129m sale of education services provider Mthree to John Wiley & Sons. 

The AG corporate team was led by Marc Field, and included Mike Hinchliffe, Josh Gorman and Kyle Rainsford.

UK-based Mthree specialises in preparing students and professionals to meet the needs of today's technology careers and then placing them with some of the world's largest organisations including technology companies, financial institutions, and government bodies. 

US-based Wiley has a broad education portfolio across publishing, platforms and services, and has ambitious development plans for further extending this into the workplace.
