A multi-disciplinary team from Addleshaw Goddard and La Salle have advised the shareholders of Norfolk based haulage company Neil Bomford Haulage, on their sale of the company to Howell Gordon Ltd.

Founded in 1980 with just two tractor units and four open flat trailers, Neil Bomford Haulage has quickly grown its fleet to over 150 trailers and 90 vehicles, becoming one of the most successful operators in the rapidly growing express pallet delivery market, and its success is expected to continue under new ownership.
