The team have been advising Kin Developments Ltd [Kin], the newly launched subsidiary of Mitheridge Capital Management [Mitheridge], on its first deal since the launch of Mitheridge’s second fund to support affordably priced homes. 

Kin specialises in the delivery of purpose-driven, residential-led development projects in London and the south-east of England. Today Kin has announced its first project: a two-acre site in Croydon, South London, which will see the long-neglected Zodiac Court regenerated and repurposed.

The Addleshaw Goddard team was led by real estate partner Chris Cartwright, and included real estate managing associate Hanan Taousi-Chahboun, and associate Harveen Kalsi.
