An AG team has advised Cognita, a global private schools group which is majority owned by Jacobs Holding, on all aspects of its recent acquisition of Ranches Primary School and Ranches Nursery in Dubai from A2 Investments Limited.

The transaction follows Cognita's acquisition of Horizon English School in Dubai earlier this year, which AG also advised on, and its recent opening of The Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai.
