Addleshaw Goddard is advising Bolton-headquartered professional services group K3 Capital Group plc on its £272m takeover by Sun Capital.

The acquisition is conditional on the approval of independent K3 shareholders. 

The AG team is being led by partner Roger Hart and includes David Auty, Rabia Burton, Jonathan Fletcher-Rogers, Nina Goodman, Rebecca Mackellar, Sneha Chacko and Phoebe Liang.
