Addleshaw Goddard's Banking & Finance team in Germany will be joined on 1 November 2022 by Nikolos Tsagareli, a proven expert in leveraged finance. Nikolos primarily advises banks, debt and private equity funds on acquisition and project financings as well as in connection with corporate financings, high-yield bond issuances and financial restructurings. Nikolos will act as counsel from our Frankfurt office and joins from Ashurst's Banking & Finance department in Frankfurt after working in several renowned international commercial law firms.
