Dublin, Ireland – International law firm Addleshaw Goddard's private equity team has advised Phoenix Equity Partners on its investment in Nostra Technologies.

Nostra is a leading managed IT Services provider founded and operating in Ireland. Phoenix is investing alongside Nostra's founders, Kevin O'Loughlin and Barry O'Loughlin, to support the company's organic and inorganic growth plans.

Nostra provides a comprehensive range of managed IT services including cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure to over 700 companies across the private and public sectors in Ireland. It has achieved organic growth of more than 20% over the past 3 years alongside an evolving acquisition strategy, and Phoenix's investment will support further acquisitions as well as the development of Nostra's operating platform and service offering.

The AG deal team was co-led by Head of Private Equity Mike Hinchliffe and Corporate Partner John Olden, supported by a multi-disciplinary team across numerous practice areas including Lorna Osborne, John Darmody, Caoimhe Hickey, Mairi-Claire Power, Liam Gasior, Shoshana Hedayati, Daniel Rathbone, Lara Jones, Gemma Phillips and Katie Parker (Corporate), Justine Delroy and Adam Kobeissi (Tax), Peter Crichton, Padraig Leyden and Katherine Meyrick (Acquisition Finance) and Kate Field (Employment).
