Addleshaw Goddard advised its client Xpediator plc on the c. £62.3 million takeover offer by DLM Bidco Limited.

Xpediator is an international freight management company, headquartered in the UK that provides logistics and transport support solutions. 

The takeover is intended to be implemented by a scheme of arrangement and is currently expected to complete in Q3 2023.

The Addleshaw Goddard team was led by Corporate partner Giles Distin and included Paul Keohane, Lucy Robson, Sylwia Karkusiewicz and Simeon Laird.
