International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised BT Group on the sale of its connected-locker subsidiary Pelipod to global field inventory management firm ByBox.

Pelipod offers a smart delivery storage solution which involves the provision of boxes and lockers for engineers' spare parts on a business-to-business basis. The intention to sell Pelipod's estate of more than 5000 lockers to ByBox had been announced last year but required regulatory approval before going ahead, and has now completed.
