Addleshaw Goddard advised its client Cardean Bell and March Harvey, financial advisers to Thetis Bidco, a member of the Wavenet group (and an indirect subsidiary of the Macquarie group), on Thetis Bidco's recommended takeover offer for AdEPT Technology Group plc. The offer values AdEPT's share capital at c. £50.3 million. The AdEPT Group is one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communication, connectivity, voice and cloud services. It deploys products from a number of communications and IT partners to provide solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of its customers in both the public and private sectors.
The takeover is intended to be implemented by a scheme of arrangement and is currently expected to complete in Spring 2023.
