Addleshaw Goddard advises CBPE on investment into digital business Apadmi
The Corporate team at international law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised private equity firm CBPE on its investment in Manchester-based digital products company Apadmi.
Specialising in mobile, fast-growing Apadmi creates digital products for some of the biggest brands in the UK including the BBC, NHS, Dominos, Co-op and Charles Stanley. The minority investment from CBPE will support Apadmi's continued expansion in the UK, Europe and beyond.
The AG team advising on the deal was led by Paul Medlicott supported by Rabia Burton, Clannad Bruckner, Mel Chaplow, Beth Nixon, Daniel Rathbone and Tom Rowen.
