International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Diversity Travel Limited, the specialist international travel management company on its sale to Primary Capital Partners.

Diversity Travel is a leading provider of services to the humanitarian, academic, and not-for-profit communities. It has a comprehensive suite of technology-led services providing specialist content alongside additional tools, enabling clients to increase traveller policy compliance and fulfil their duty of care obligations.

Primary will support Diversity’s management team as they continue to grow the business and seek to expand its presence in the US and European markets.
