Groupement des Mousquetaires successfully completed a new financing with its historical lenders in the context of the sale by Casino group of a number of sales outlet from the Casino France scope (hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores).

Addleshaw Goddard advised as the borrower with a team consisted in Julien Bacus, Partner, Charles Tissier, Counsel and Eléa Saint-Etienne.

The lenders were advised by Hogan Lovells (Paris) LLP, with a team led by Sabine Bironneau, partner and Aurélien Perigois, associate.
