Addleshaw Goddard has advised on the sale of United Living Group to private equity group Apollo.

The firm advised Elysian Capital and United Living Group on the latter's sale to funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management's Impact platform.

United Living is a leading provider of essential infrastructure, social housing maintenance and construction services in the UK, employing more than 1000 people. Elysian Capital acquired United Living Group (previously called Fastflow Group) in 2017 in conjunction with Fastflow founder and CEO, Neil Armstrong, who will continue to lead the business.

Addleshaw Goddard has previously advised on the merger of United Living and Fastflow Group in 2019, as well as its acquisition of Great British Communications in 2021.

The Addleshaw Goddard team advising on the deal included David Parker, Pete Wood, Charlotte Martin and Cameron Allwood.

David Parker said: "The services provided by United Living to increase access to affordable housing and vital services for communities have never been more important so it was great to support Neil and his team on this exciting transaction, which can help the business make even more of a positive impact in the coming years."

The transaction is expected to complete over the summer.
