Addleshaw Goddard Bolsters Real Estate Finance Team with Appointment to Partner of Francisca Sepúlveda
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Francisca Sepúlveda as partner to strengthen further the Real Estate Finance team in London.
Francisca joins Addleshaw Goddard from Mishcon de Reya where she was a partner advising funds, family offices and financial institutions on investment and development financing and debt restructurings.
Starting her career as a computer programmer, Francisca's legal career has traversed a wide range of transactions at Taylor Wessing, Allen & Overy and Reed Smith. Her extensive and versatile experience includes leading some of the largest and most innovative finance deals in the market, including financing for the demerger of a global telephony company, the first and subsequent large-scale commercial real estate NPL deals and large hotel portfolio financings, among many others.
