Addleshaw Goddard continues to grow with two strategic partner hires in Germany: In September 2023, Dr Nina Leonard and Christian Lang will strengthen the corporate/M&A practice in Munich. They join with associate Nikolaus Bernhard from Pinsent Masons.

Nina has over 20 years’ experience in corporate law and M&A. Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions and disputes between shareholders. Nina’s clients include national and international corporations, investors, and entrepreneurs. She has a strong industry focus on life sciences, technology, and energy, in particular on data centres. Nina was one of Pinsent Masons’ founding partners in Germany in 2012 and Head of the Munich office from 2019 until the end of 2022.

Christian also specialises in corporate law and M&A. He advises on transactions, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and further corporate law issues. His clients include companies, private equity, and venture capital investors as well as consulting firms. Christian’s clients are particularly active in the technology, software, and life sciences sectors.
