WirtschaftsWoche again recognises Addleshaw Goddard as Top Law Firm for Procurement Law – Jan-Oliver Schrotz ranks among the best
The German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche has recognised Addleshaw Goddard as top law firm for procurement law. Partner Dr. Jan-Oliver Schrotz again ranks among the most renowned lawyers in Germany.
Jan-Oliver Schrotz specialises in regulatory issues, particularly in the public sector and regulated industries. He supports public contracting authorities in complex procurement projects and advises bidders on all public procurement law issues as well as in review of public procurement procedures.
His expertise also covers general EU law, administrative, budgetary, and constitutional law, as well as public sector related IT law. He has many years of industry experience primarily in the areas of transport and passenger transport, IT, health, and waste management. His extensive experience covers both strategic and structural consulting as well as – in case of disputes – the representation of his clients' interests before courts and administrative bodies.
For the WirtschaftsWoche ranking, Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) asked more than 1,900 lawyers from 156 law firms to name their most renowned colleagues for procurement law, environmental and construction planning law as well as energy law. From this list, an expert jury of companies and trade press, among others Deutsche Bahn, Netinera and C.H. Beck, has selected 43 law firms with 61 recommended lawyers for procurement law. The complete results can be found here.
Recently, Addleshaw Goddard was recognised by WirtschaftsWoche as Top law firm for M&A and partners Eckart Budelmann, Dr. Michael Leue und Dr. Hubertus Schröder as renowned M&A lawyers as well as Top law firm for compliance with Jörg Bielefeld as Top lawyer.
