The German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche has recognised Addleshaw Goddard as a top law firm for litigation. Additionally, experienced litigation and arbitration partners Dr. Felix Dörfelt and Dr. Markus Perkams are ranked among the most renowned lawyers in their field in Germany.

Dr. Felix Dörfelt focuses on supporting companies, individuals and states in successfully navigating complex national and international disputes. He advises and represents parties in commercial and investment disputes in court as well as in arbitration proceedings. In addition to his extensive litigation experience in British courts, Felix provides counsel on litigation financing matters. Furthermore, he represents clients in international arbitration proceedings and serves as an arbitrator and mediator.

Dr. Markus Perkams is qualified both as Rechtsanwalt in Germany as well as a solicitor in England and Wales. He advises and represents clients in complex national and international disputes, both before state courts and arbitration tribunals. His expertise covers a broad range of topics, including disputes in competition law, corporate law, post-M&A, or supply contracts. A particular focus of his practice lies in investment protection law, where he also holds a teaching assignment at the University of Cologne.

For the ranking, the Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed over 1200 partners from 110 firms, asking them to nominate their most renowned colleagues in dispute resolution. An expert jury of representatives from companies and trade media, including ZF-Friedrichshafen, RWE, and C.H.
