Addleshaw Goddard advises Belvoir Group on its all-share merger with The Property Franchise Group

Addleshaw Goddard, the international law firm, has advised Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV) on its all-share merger with The Property Franchise Group PLC (AIM:TPFG) which creates one of the UK’s largest multi-brand lettings and estate agency groups. At the announcement date (in January), the offer terms valued Belvoir Group at c. £103.5m and TPFG's market capitalisation was c. £111m.

The deal completed last week.

We're delighted to have advised Belvoir Group on its merger with TPFG, two AIM quoted businesses with much in common. As was also the case in 2023, it's also pleasing for Addleshaw Goddard to have advised on the first public company takeover announced in the UK in 2024.
