Addleshaw Goddard continues its client-led expansion in Germany with a strategic lateral partner hire: As of November 2024, Dr. Anders Kraft will strengthen the tax law practice at the Frankfurt office. He joins Addleshaw Goddard’s Frankfurt office with his team – counsel Dr. Susanne Knoch and associate Steffen Bellmann – from Ashurst.

Anders Kraft is a lawyer and tax advisor (Steuerberater) specializing in national and cross-border tax matters in the context of M&A, private equity, real estate, finance and capital market transactions. His clients include national and international companies, banks, financial institutions, funds, private equity houses and real estate investors. He also advises on internal reorganisations, general tax planning and tax disputes. Most recently, he headed Ashurst's German tax practice.
