Addleshaw Goddard Ireland Established New Structured Finance and Debt Capital Markets Offering with John Kearns Appointment
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has appointed John Kearns as Partner in the firm's Finance team, establishing the firm's Structured Finance and Debt Capital Markets offering.
Kearns joins Addleshaw Goddard Ireland with extensive finance experience having spent four years on the banking and finance team at Dentons Ireland LLP. Prior to this, Kearns was at Simmons and Simmons in the Middle East and was previously a member of the capital markets team at Arthur Cox. John has vast experience in all types of Structured Finance and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions on the issuer, bank and trustee sides. Kearns acts for a broad base of clients ranging from international financial institutions to blue chip corporates to start-ups on often complex and bespoke structures and deals.
