Addleshaw Goddard advises Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc on its recommended takeover by Bridgepoint Advisers

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard is advising its long standing client Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc ("Alpha FMC") in connection with the recommended £626m takeover offer for Alpha FMC from Bridgepoint Advisers Limited.

Headquartered in the UK, Alpha FMC is a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services to the financial services industry, operating from 17 client-facing offices across the UK, North America, Europe and APAC.

The Addleshaw Goddard team is a Leeds/London cross-office collaboration, jointly led by partners Adam Hastings and Lucy Robson, and supported by Cameron Allwood, Ciara Hennessy, Guan Xian Loh and Aprille Lou. A team led by Richard Hunt and Tom Hopwood is also advising Alpha FMC's management in connection with the management rollover and equity arrangements. Jonathan Fletcher Rogers and Leah Fisher are advising in relation to Alpha FMC's incentive schemes.
