Addleshaw Goddard has advised EDP Renewables on the negotiation and sale of a solar PV portfolio to Tion Renewables, a German energy company in which the investment fund EQT has a stake. This transaction, valued at €80 million, includes four operating photovoltaic solar parks in Spain, with a total capacity of 140 MW, located in Aragon and Andalusia. The parks have 15-year power purchase agreements through long-term agreements (PPAs).

The Addleshaw Goddard team that participated in this project has been coordinated by Corporate Partner Roberto Pomares and Senior Associate Enrique Murillo.
