Paris – Thursday 23 May 2024 – Addleshaw Goddard Paris advises Groupement Les Mousquetaires on the financing of the acquisition of points of sale from Casino France

Pursuant to the agreements entered into between Groupement Les Mousquetaires and Auchan Retail France, Groupement Les Mousquetaires has completed the acquisition of 66 points of sale from the Casino group on 30 April 2024. The Finance team of Addleshaw Goddard (Europe) LLP advised ITM Entreprises on a syndicated facilities agreement, with a first drawdown on 30 April 2024, for the purposes of financing the first part of the acquisitions of points of sale from Casino France by ITM Entreprises.

Prior to this transaction, the Finance team of Addleshaw Goddard (Europe) LLP has advised ITM Entreprises on a (i) facilities agreement in relation to the acquisition of points of sale from the Casino group in September 2023 and (ii) €210 million Euro PP bond financing in October 2023.
