International law firm Addleshaw Goodard has advised the company behind the UKREiiF event, Built Environment Networking Ltd, on its sale to business information services business Infopro Digital.

UKREiiF – The UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum - has been held in Leeds since 2022 and is the leading UK event for the real estate, property and infrastructure communities.

The AG team advising the shareholders of Built Environment Networking Ltd, including Keith and Amanda Griffiths, on the sale was led by Peter Wood and Dave Parker, and included Martin Griffiths, Chris Fox and Katie Baxter.

Infopro Digital is a B2B group specialising in information and technology. Its solutions, including B2B trade shows, are aimed at professional communities in 5 key economic sectors: construction & public sector, automotive, risk & insurance, industry and retail.
