AG advises SAV Group in new boutique hotel development in Bloomsbury
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised SAV Group on a £10.5 million loan facility from Coutts to finance the development of a 43 bed Bloomsbury townshouse boutique hotel at Bedford Place, London.
SAV Group are undertaking the restoration, refurbishment and extension works to create into a 43 room bedroom boutique hotel at the grade II listed property in central London. It is another prime London project for the real estate investor and developer that specialises in redeveloping assets into modern and sustainable spaces.
AG advised SAV Group on all finance elements of the transaction, alongside Freeths in respect of property aspects and Decimus Fearon for construction work.
The AG team was led by Laura Uberoi, who was recently appointed Head of the firm's Private Wealth Finance Group, with support from associate Helen Morris and paralegal Lydia Wan.
