International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Metzo, the aviation and rail business of The Vita Group, on the successful acquisition of Paustian Airtex, a leading specialist in leather and textile products for the aviation industry.

The strategic acquisition of Paustian Airtex in early 2024 in particular strengthens its service offerings in the sophisticated aviation interiors market. This complements TheVita Group's portfolio ideally and contributes significantly to the company's growth objectives.

To ensure a smooth transition, The Vita Group actively collaborates with Paustian Airtex's existing customers and suppliers. With additional operational sites in Germany and Poland, this acquisition positions Vita Group to broaden its capabilities in Europe and enhances its market presence in the aviation and rail sectors.
